Floral honey, vanilla, apples, and a fresh touch of citrus. Red wine and raisins shine through from the sherry finishing. Strong chocolate notes, with a hint of cloves.

Pleasantly thicc, almost syrupy. Rich chocolate fudge, red wine drenched raisins, charred oak and grape jelly

Medium-long and warming, that dark chocolate bar has melted in your mouth fading into a slight citrus twist at the end.

The heart and soul of the GlenAllachie core range, their 12 year old expression is a marriage of 1st and 2nd fill ex-bourbon matured spirit, ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximénez matured and finished spirit as well as some virgin oak (American white oak) finished spirit. Each cask specially selected under the careful eye of master blender and distillery owner, Billy Walker.
