Rich butterscotch and juicy raisins. Red grapes, cherries and coca cola, and at the end buttered popcorn.

Fresh juicy cherries, dark chocolate, walnuts and cinnamon. There's a hint of banana and coffee in there too, lingering off into ginger spice.

Long and rich, slightly more bitter finish to an otherwise sweet dram. Fresh espresso, toasted oak and cinnamon.

 The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old

The jewel on the crown that is GlenAllachie, their 15 year old expression is, in the words of master blender and owner, Billy Walker, “the perfect representation of the distillery’s DNA.” He also says:

I’ve been working on our 15 year old release since we acquired GlenAllachie back in October 2017. In that time I’ve been intimately following the development of the various casks and I believe the 15 year old is the perfect balance of distillery and cask influence.” 

The spirit has been matured and finished in a combination of puncheons and hogshead casks, previously containing Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry.
