The Haven: Single Pot, Oloroso

The first release by Sailor's Home Irish Whiskey, following their unique single pot still Irish whiskey style. This consists of a triple pot distilled mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats.

This has then been matured in a marriage of Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American ex-Bourbon casks, reflecting centuries of trade from Spain through Limerick and on to the New World.
