Introduced in 2002, this expression marked an early venture into Glenmorangie's innovative wood finish program. It completed a quartet that included the Port Wood Finish (1994) and the Sherry and Madeira Wood Finish releases (1996). However, both it and the Madeira finish were phased out in 2007, while the port and sherry versions underwent rebranding to join the distillery's new core range.
Glenmorangie, situated in Tain, Ross-shire, Scotland, is renowned for crafting exceptional single malt Scotch whisky.
