Where we deliver

We currently deliver bottles to UK addresses only.

Delivery cost

£5.00 per order, however many bottles
FREE delivery on orders of £100 or more

How we send it

Every order goes out with Royal Mail Tracked 48, packed securely for glass. You'll get a tracking link by email once it's on its way. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

When we dispatch

Orders placed before 10am, Monday to Thursday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am on Thursday, or on Friday to Sunday, are dispatched the following Monday. We don't dispatch on UK bank holidays.

Christmas

We'll post our last order date for Christmas delivery here and on the site once Royal Mail confirms its final posting dates.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email info@damgooddrams.com with your order number (and photos of any damage) and we'll put it right.

Casks

Cask purchases are held in bond and aren't shipped. Delivery charges don't apply to casks.
