Refund Policy
We do accept returns, refunds and replacements if the product:
- Is damaged prior to, or, on arrival.
- Is different from the order you submitted.
DamGoodCcompany may consider a return if the customer decides they no longer want the product. This must be submitted within 28 days of the purchase. The product must be unopened, undamaged, correctly packaged and in its original condition. If the product does not meet this criteria we will not be able to give you a refund. The customer will have to cover return postage. We recommend 1st classed signed and tacked delivery. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE NOT CONTACTED info@damgoodcompany. DamGoodCompany must accept the return.
Refunds will be credited back to the customer account when DamGoodCompany has received & checked the product. DamGoodCompany cannot control how long it takes refunds to be processed. For more information on processing time contact your bank.
